Chinese ink and color on paper painting of a Xinjiang minority girl herding camels by Liu Dawei (b. 1945). Dated in cycle years to 1999 and signed in black ink Dawei with one red Dawei seal of the artist. Mounted for framing with a cream-colored silk border. Painting: 27” x 26 1/8” (including silk border: 35” x 34 1/2"). Very good overall condition. During mounting, a few barely noticeable and well executed repairs were made to small losses in the paper primarily at the edges. From a Phoenix, Arizona collection.
