Japanese shin hanga woodblock print titled "Chuzenji Utagahama" by Kawase Hasui (1883-1957) dated in the left margin Showa 6 (1931). The artist's black ink signature and red seal are at the lower right corner of the image. The Watanabe seal is missing, but the print is old and likely dates post-WWII. Paper: 15 3/8" x 10 1/2" (image: 14 1/4" x 9 1/2"). Very good clean overall condition with slight fading evident. The print was removed from an old frame and the back margin edges are lightly skinned in a few areas from tape removal. The back is clean. There is no tape remaining and there are no tape stains. The left margin has two pin holes, a small production flaw at the lower left edge, and a tiny stain at the lower left corner.
