Chinese Song dynasty conical form bowl with slightly flared rim covered in a pale green qingbai (yingqing) glaze that stops at the slightly recessed unglazed low foot. Fine comb incised abstract swirling patterns are visible in the interior. 7 1/8” diameter x 2 3/8" high. Circa 13th century. Good overall condition. There is a fine old yellowed hairline crack down one side of the interior that extends to the exterior. The unglazed rim edge has a few small frits and imperfections and one larger chip (see close up images).
